Beacon Asset Managers, LLC is a private equity investment company specializing in acquiring strategic projects across multiple asset classes and developing those assets to maximize capital appreciation. The founding principals include experts in real estate investment and development, alternative and renewable energy development, and small business rehabilitation.
In the real estate asset class, Beacon’s principals have successfully sourced, acquired, managed, and monetized real estate investment opportunities over a broad range of product types from Delaware to Florida since 1998.
Most of these projects were acquired at prices less than 40% of the former note value, and all immediately resulted in positive cash flows from sales of lots or deposits on outparcels.
Another important milestone was the closing of Lighthouse Realty Fund to new investors. All future real estate projects will be acquired directly by Beacon in conjunction with joint venture partners. Beacon is currently aligned with three medium-sized charitable foundations, all of which are making referrals to other potential joint venture partners. Beacon is expanding into new geographic regions and expects to invest as much as $50 million in similar real estate projects in 2013.
